Forest Yoga in Squamish - Outdoor Summer Series at Squamish Canyon

Join us nestled amongst old cedars and douglas firs - this is the coast wilderness in all its glory. Breathe in the clean forest air and listen to the bustling sounds of the canyon waters below. Exclusive early access Hatha Yoga classes Sundays & Tuesdays.

• Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Location: The Forest Lounge in Squamish Canyon, ~1km in along the boardwalk
• Level: All levels welcome!

Please note that entry to the Squamish Canyon is NOT included in the class price. Annual Passes and Day Tickets are available, See https://www.squamishcanyon.com/tickets

The Forest Lounge is approximately 1km in along the boardwalk, please allow sufficient time to arrive and walk to the lounge. Guest services will be available from 8.30am.

• Forest Weather: Remember a hat and sunscreen for sunny days! And a toque and sweater on hand for cooler days.
• Yoga Mats: This is a BYO mat series. We will have a small number available on site - please select the yoga mat add-on at time of booking.

• Weather/Closures: In the event the Canyon is closed, class will be held at an alternative location (details will be sent via email).
