This practical and interactive 2-hour workshop will explore how food can impact your mood - both positively and negatively - and what to eat to improve your mental wellbeing.
Join us and learn how you can:

- Adopt simple changes that don't require a lot of effort, time or money
- Follow easy and fun recipes and tips to help you feel better and more relaxed
