Step into the cosy Bungalow for the first event of the The Beeswing's Christmas takeover. This evening celebrates the wines and flavours of the Iberian Peninsula. In collaboration with Raymond Reynolds, we invite you to follow the course of the Douro River - from the sun-soaked vineyards of Spain to the rolling valleys of northern Portugal - through six remarkable wines that embody the character and charm of the region.
Guided by James from Raymond Reynolds, an expert in Iberian wines, and the team at The Beeswing, guests will be taken on a sensory journey that explores the diverse grapes, winemaking traditions, and hidden stories that make these bottles truly special. Each pour reveals a new layer of the region’s heritage, from crisp Atlantic whites to rich, soulful reds that echo the Douro’s winding path through history.
To complement the tasting, enjoy a curated selection of nibbles inspired by the produce and flavours of Spain and Portugal. These small plates are designed to enhance your experience of tasting these wines, and immersing yourself in the Duoro's incredible produce, each nibble crafted to bring the Iberian landscape to your plate and palate.
