Foggy Bottom Book Crawl: Insights and Inspiration

Saturday, June 6

11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Spend a summer afternoon connecting with acclaimed authors across a variety of genres in vibrant spaces with the Foggy Bottom West End Main Street, a nonprofit dedicated to helping the neighborhood thrive. Stroll from venue to venue, discovering unique voices and engaging stories at every stop.

This free event (donation suggested) includes access to multiple author readings across curated venues, opportunities to meet writers, and special giveaways.

Attendees will hear from three to four writers at each location and then walk to a new location for another reading during the three-hour event.

Locations include Bodega Taqueria, Sixty Vines, and the GW Bookstore hosting authors and attendees. Just show up to the location, take part in the reading, and then move to the next spot!

The fiction and poetry authors will appear in coordination with LitBox, which offers a curated mix of fiction, essays, poetry, and memoir by both established and emerging local authors.
