Stroller Barre Class — Tomorrow at 9 AM!Grab the kiddos, sunscreen, water, and plenty of snacks, and meet us at Playfront Park by the lake. We’ll stroll through the park while getting a great workout, with modifications to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey.
After class, the kids will get to plant flowers and decorate their own pots to take home—such a fun bonus activity!
Your first class is always FREE, and flower planting is included. We can’t wait to see you there!
