Flow + Yin @ CLARA Midtown

Move mindfully through a slow flow sequence and ending class in yin postures - encouraging awareness, grounding, and ease. This class provides a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore yoga at their own pace, with guidance and modifications to suit individual needs. Class may include the use of crystal sound bowls during final rest to enhance relaxation.

All levels and abilities welcome!
