About this Event
Flow is a series of creative writing sessions where writing itself becomes the destination. Through timed exercises, writing by hand, and intuitive facilitation, you’ll build focus, momentum, and allow yourself to simply write. Think of your writing as a wild forest where words, ideas, images, and stories can grow before being shaped and edited.
Each month, we gather for a one-hour session, aimed to support a sustainable writing practice, one that embraces your whole life and invites you into a flow state.
There’s optional sharing, using the group’s attention to energize your work without pressure as this is not a feedback workshop. You’ll also be invited to exercise your intuition.
Facilitated by writer Julia Albertoni through Alma Studio and inspired by the “flow state” concept by psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.
