IMPORTANT: You can compete in Gi and NOGI for one price of $75.
ABSOLUTE DIVISIONS are just $25, but you must sign up for a regular division to be eligible.
SPECTATORS: Admission to the event for spectators will be $15. kids UNDER 10 and one black belt coach free per team.

MAINE’S #1 TOURNAMENT
The Flow Sub-Only Open, Flow Sub Only UNDERGROUND, and Flow Sub Only SQUADS was started in an effort to bring high level grappling to the state of Maine. FSO features kids gi and nogi divisions, women’s gi and nogi divisions, men’s gi and nogi divisions, multiple pre-scheduled high level superfights, and men’s and women’s nogi ABSOLUTE divisions.
