Designed for women seeking both connection and calm, Flow Forward creates space to slow down while giving back.
Admission to attend is a donation of hygiene or menstrual care items, directly supporting local organizations, including The Diaper Bank of North Carolina and Durham Rescue Mission, serving women and families in need.
