Flow Fest is free to attend, but does require a registration here —> https://flowfest.whitewater.org/2024-flow-fest-registration/. Flow Fest is a one day festival with yoga practices, workshops, kombucha sampling and live music. View the schedule and map to plan out your day.
Pre-registration is available up until the day of the event. All Flow Fest participants must stop by Group Check-in upon arrival to complete a waiver and receive a Flow Fest wristband, which gives entry to the yoga practices and workshops. Day-of registration will also be available at Group Check-in.
This event will not be led by anyone specifically since you can plan out what you want to do throughout the day. We are simply posting this event to provide more outdoor activities for the group! Let’s stay active!
