Flow & Restore is a balanced fusion practice that blends the energies of yin and yang. Class begins with a gentle, mindful flow to awaken the body, release tension, and connect with your breath. Midway through, we transition into Yin-style floor poses held for several minutes, allowing for deep stretching, softening, and release of tight muscles and connective tissues. This grounding practice offers time and space to return to presence through breath, movement, and intentional stillness.
