About this Event
Class: Slow Flow - a slower version of Vinyasa, with repeated movements and a touch of barre and qi gong, along with breathing and meditation
Note: Attendees must bring their own yoga mat. It is also recommended to bring a blanket or cushion and/or yoga blocks.
Jan- Feb 2026: 6-Week Flow & Glow Yoga Challenge
Week 1 (1/6): Root to Rise, focus on the root chakra and strengthen the feet/legs
Week 2 (1/13): Sacral Activation, focus on the sacral chakra and the hips
Week 3 (1/20): Core Renewal, focus on the solar plexus chakra and the core
Week 4 (1/27): Heart Activation, focus on the heart chakra and opening the heart, chest, back, arms, and shoulders
Week 5 (2/3): Connecting to Our Inner Voice & Vision, focus on the throat, third eye, & crown chakras as we align our head, neck, and shoulders
Week 6 (2/10): Flow + Glow Sound Bath Celebration: 1-hour yoga flow that combines everything we practiced the past 5 weeks + a 30-min mini sound bath experience + snack & sips after to celebrate starting the year strong.
About the Instructor: Odelia is a movement guide (yoga/barre) and ACC-certified life coach who helps clients move with intention. She was born and raised in San Francisco and loves being in community with the diverse cultures of the city. Her style of teaching focuses on cultivating people's mind, body, and spirit connections through yoga, barre, qi gong, breathing, and meditation. She has taught over 1,500 movement classes and pays attention to each participant with love and care. She integrates her encouraging, mindful energy as a movement guide with her curious, compassionate presence as a life coach. Odelia's mission is to empower people to access their innate creativity and authenticity, so they can shine brightly as themselves with the collective.
