Flow & Glow Thursday Vinyasa (Outdoor Yoga)

EVERY THURSDAY 7pm! (By @goldenhour_power)

End your day with a calming vinyasa flow at Sunset Cliffs in Ocean Beach every Thursday evening 7pm! Plug in Sunset Cliffs Parking lot or Rum Runner's Cove and you'll see us-the spot where Osprey St intersects the cliffs.

All levels are welcome!
