A supportive, postpartum-conscious yoga class designed for mothers with babies in the room.
You can:

- Place them on a blanket beside you
- Pause anytime for feeding or soothing
2:35 PM | Guided Goal Setting & Vision Mapping
Once grounded in your body, we transition into clarity.
You’ll receive:
- A thoughtfully designed vision + goal-setting worksheet
- Prompts tailored to entrepreneurial mothers
- Business + motherhood alignment mapping
3:15 PM | Free Play + Founder Networking
