Join Molly and her team of Sound Healing Practitioners for a Magical Floating Sound Meditation. We are excited to be the first to bring this experience to Dubuque!
+ Date: Sunday, April 27th
+ Time: 6:15 - 7:15 PM, arrive by 5:55pm
+ Cost: $50
+ Ages 14+
+ Eye Masks available, but you can bring your own
+ Air Mattress Provided
+ Swimsuits are suggested. There is a chance you may get wet, though you will be floating on an air mattress. Plan your attire accordingly, but most of all wear something you'll be comfortable in.
+ We recommend bringing a light blanket or towel to cover yourself as you relax in the pool.

What is a Floating Sound Meditation?
This unique property amplifies the effects of sound healing. At a floating sound bath you lay on an airbed and float on water for a truly relaxing immersive experience combing the sounds of the crystal singing bowls and the lull of the water. Snuggle into your soft blanket and pull on an eye mask, and Molly Schreiber and her team will take it from there.
Have you ever felt the need to disconnect from the chaos of daily life and immerse yourself in a world of tranquility? A floating sound bath might be just the remedy you’re looking for. Combining the principles of floating on water and therapeutic sound, this unique experience offers a multitude of physical, mental, and emotional benefits. The addition of sound therapy through crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and other harmonic instruments enhances this experience, promoting a meditative state and deeper connection with your inner self.
