As you settle into this mindful movement, certified Reiki Practitioner Meghan will move throughout the room, intuitively sharing hands-on Reiki to dissolve energetic blocks, enhance relaxation, and nurture your body's natural healing processes.
The practice then transitions into a powerful restorative experience: a Sound Healing journey.
Certified Sound Healer Molly will envelop the space in therapeutic vibrations using crystal bowls and other resonant instruments, guiding you into a state of deep calm and vibrational renewal.
