What is a sound bath you ask?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments. Our sound bath features musical instruments played by professional musicians. These sounds aim to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Participants typically lie down or sit comfortably while the practitioner plays the instruments, creating an immersive auditory environment that can help to calm the mind and body.

Testimonials
Will! First and foremost, thank you (Tony, too) for the treat of sound on Saturday. The experience was top notch, between the beautiful venue provided by Alice and how intentional the tone of the sound bath was. My friends and I were raving about our experience and the music selections you chose to play (particularly we loved The Beatles). I've been to several sound baths before, all with crystal bowls & none with strings. It was such a different and deeply serene experience. This was my first floating sound bath. Floating on water & feeling the gentle movement beneath me felt like I was being cradled with a lullaby. The vibe lights were such a nice touch and the volume of the sound was perfect. 10/10 enjoyed my experience and would attend another! - Merrilynn
To say the whole experience touched my soul is an understatement!!
It was one of the best concert experiences ever. Thank you for filling my soul with music!!
