A Floating Sound Bath in Brighton at The Blue Lagoon Warm Water Centre
Step into a new realm of rest. Floating Frequencies is Brighton's first-of-its-kind immersive floating sound bath, where the healing resonance of acoustic instruments meets the weightlessness of water.
Designed for both the burnout-recovery seeker and the spiritually curious, this unique sound healing experience in Sussex offers a space to disconnect from the gravity of daily life, regulate your nervous system, and experience profound stillness.
🌊 The Experience
Imagine drifting effortlessly atop a warm, calm pool. You will be fully supported and suspended on your own individual buoyant airbed, keeping you mostly dry while allowing you to feel the subtle, soothing motions of the water beneath you.
As you float under the soft, shifting glow of ambient underwater lighting a curated soundscape of 432hz crystal singing bowls, ocean drums and shimmering chimes will wash over you. Because water is a natural conductor of vibration, the therapeutic frequencies travel across the surface and through the air, enveloping you in a textured ocean of sound.
This is an intimate, highly curated experience strictly limited to just 9 guests per session.
⏱️ Your Evening Flow
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (60 minutes total)
Arrival & Grounding: Please arrive with time to get changed and settled if needed. Step into the sanctuary space. There is no need to shower beforehand; simply arrive as you are. We will gently guide you onto your floating beds and ensure you are completely comfortable, wrapped in our provided blankets and eye masks.
The Floating Sound Bath (45 minutes): Surrender to pure immersion. Drift on the water as the live acoustic frequencies guide you into a meditative state of deep relaxation.
Return & Reconnect: A slow, guided return to your physical body. Enjoy a moment of stillness and a complimentary cup of homemade herbal tea before stepping back out into the world.

The Blue Lagoon Warm Water Centre
Unit 9.3 The Hyde, Bevendean, Brighton, BN2 4JE
Parking: Ample free parking is available on-site (front and side car parks) alongside plenty of on-street parking. Please be mindful not to block neighboring units.
Transit: The nearest bus stop is Auckland Drive (Routes 48, 70). The closest train station is Moulsecoomb, which is a 25-minute walk or a short ride on the #48 bus.
🧳 What to Bring & Wear
While you will be floating on top of the water on an airbed and are not intended to get wet, the environment is a warm, humid pool area.
Wear: Loose, comfortable, lightweight clothing (e.g., shorts, t-shirts, light leggings).
Bring sandals, slides etc to wear inside.
Underneath: We advise wearing swimwear underneath your clothing just in case.
Provided: We will provide cozy blankets and eye masks for your journey.
🎟️ Booking & Ticket Policy
Transfers: Tickets are non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer your ticket to a future date provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice prior to the event start time.
📌 Important Information & Safety
Due to the powerful vibrational nature of the instruments, this experience is not suitable for individuals with the following:
Sound-induced epilepsy
A fitted pacemaker
First trimester of pregnancy (If in your 2nd or 3rd trimester, please consult your doctor prior to booking)
Severe mental health conditions
Surgery within the last 12 weeks
Age Requirement: This event is strictly for guests aged 16 and over.
