About this Event
Sustainability is a broad topic – especially in construction, where it touches everything from planning and architecture to engineering, construction, and everyone in between. We all have different ideas about what sustainability means (and how important it is!).
That's why we're excited to open up a conversation around "Sustainability in construction: dream versus reality" – bringing you an honest, cross-disciplinary discussion that explores sustainability through the lens of different RIBA stages.
Our speakers come from various disciplines and levels of seniority, offering a well-rounded perspective on the topic. Rather than claiming to be experts, they'll share their personal experiences of keeping a "green thread" running throughout projects, from initial concept right through to completed building.
Leading the conversation is Kemi Owoeye, Technical Lead in Sustainable Design at Willmott Dixon.
