Float & Fly is a progressive 4-week training (10H YTT) designed to help you build the strength, control, and awareness needed to approach arm balances with greater confidence and ease.
Katrina’s signature training methodology and approach to practice includes intelligently sequenced flows and practice drills designed to help you develop the foundations of strength, stability, and active flexibility required to practice advanced hand and forearm balancing asanas. This training is not just about building strength, but about learning how to shift your body weight, while approaching each asana with curiosity, trust and intention.
