The state of your feet can affect the way you use your whole body. In this workshop we will explore the extraordinary articulacy of the feet, allowing you to feel more clearly connected to the earth and giving you a spring in your step! We will use the subtle, yet powerful, movement lessons of the Feldenkrais Method.It's suitable for all ages and abilities, however, you must be able to get down to and up from the floor, and be prepared to spend a period of time lying down.
Bring a mat and/or blanket, a small towel or flat cushion and wear warm, comfortable clothes
