This workshop begins with a 90 minute guided movement class designed to activate the shoulder girdle, postural muscles, arms, legs, hips and core, preparing the body for sustainable and safer rope practice.

The class emphasizes how to read a the body, adapt to different bodies, and work with hypermobility, previous injuries, or physical limitations.

This is a technical, educational workshop rooted in body mechanics, embodiment, and communication — designed to support both new and experienced rope practitioners in building a sustainable shibari practice.
