About this Event

The Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp, a social enterprise that helps train & get women hired in tech, is excited to partner with the offline collective, a community for women in GTM, to host a 1-day, in-person First Time Manager Bootcamp for women.

What is the First Time Manager Bootcamp?

The bootcamp enables you with the skills you need to level up your leadership skills and/or make the transition from individual contributor to business leader. The program focuses on developing people leadership capabilities, and evolving your business acumen, with clear steps to align to the desired business outcomes.

The results are confidence, community, and knowledge that will support your growth in management and people leadership.

Course outline:

Moving from Individual Contributor to Leader

People & Talent Strategies

  • Managing your stress behaviors
  • Coaching habits & running effective 1:1s
  • How to set expectations & deliver feedback

  • Delegation of authority & holding others accountable

Who is facilitating the course?

Jenn Cutajar is a talented and skilled Fortune 500 executive and certified professional coach with two decades of experience in cloud software, services, and consulting sales.

She brings a wealth of knowledge with particular strengths in areas such as enterprise sales, digital transformation, operational best practices, and talent and leadership development.

Jenn has worked as a leader at organizations such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Microsoft and Queen’s University. Over the last two decades, she has been dedicated to developing top-performers and empowered teams resulting in exceptional business results. Jenn is also one of the key facilitators of the WITS Bootcamp.

In 2019 Jenn founded Clear The Noise Coaching Inc. Clear The Noise Coaching focuses on one-on-one and group coaching and training programs supporting career development, sales training, leadership and executive presence.

Jenn has a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree from Queen’s University. She is certified as a coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – Professional Certified Coach (PCC), has completed the Erickson International - The Art & Science of Coaching - securing the Erickson Certified Professional Coach designation, and is a certified Birkman consultant.
