We will be hosting a variety of different levels of first aid training (all courses start the same date) from basic life support through to a 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work course.

Basic Life Support
£70 per person
This 3 hour course will teach you the essentials including CPR, recovery position
Emergency First Aid at Work (1 Day) £100pp
This 6½ hour course will build on the BLS, adding Defibrillator; assessing an emergency & patient; choking; serious bleeding; shock; burns; breaks & minor injuries.
