Join us for Firewalk 2026, a powerful evening that brings our community together to support vital mental health services across Mid and North East Essex.
This is more than a challenge. It’s about facing fear, building confidence, and standing alongside others who believe mental health matters. Whether you’re doing it for yourself, someone you love, or to give back to your community, every step you take helps ensure local people can access support when they need it most.
You’ll be guided safely by experienced firewalk instructors, surrounded by encouragement, warmth, and a brilliant community atmosphere. And once you’ve conquered the coals, we’ll celebrate together, every firewalker will receive a free, full-size wood oven fired pizza, freshly made on the night 🍕
