Our next class will be running on Thursday 5th March, 18:30 at William Loveless Hall (Wyvern room)These classes are free and welcome all expectant parents. We will be covering topics including
*The physiology of birth (what actually happens to your body)
*What to expect during the later stages of pregnancy and the start of labour
*Birth options, pain relief and how to prepare
*Postnatal care for yourself and baby
As well as any other topics that you have questions about.
Alongside growing your knowledge and confidence in your body, it will be an opportunity to meet other parents-to-be from the local community.
