Fire & Flow: 4/20 Rooftop Yoga Experience
Celebrate 4/20 the elevated way… with movement, music, and a little magic in the air. Join us for Fire & Flow, an unforgettable sunset rooftop yoga experience at TruFusion Post Oak from 7–9PM.
Hosted by Casey John Fry, this annual gathering blends the chill spirit of cannabis culture with the feel-good flow of yoga. We’ll begin by dropping in with grounding breathwork to settle the mind and spark intention. From there, expect a playful, creative flow that invites you to move freely, explore new shapes, and maybe even surprise yourself. We’ll close things out with a dreamy guided meditation as the sun dips low and the city glows.
A live DJ will be spinning all evening, setting the tone with smooth, high-vibe beats to keep your body swaying and your spirit lifted. Plus, come early or stay after to connect with cannabis and wellness vendors bringing the goods.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a curious first-timer, or just here for the good vibes, this space is all about feeling good, staying present, and flowing at your own frequency.
