Join us at Wiseguy Lounge inside Goodfellas Pizzeria OTR for “Finish the Flavor,” an interactive whiskey activation led by True Story Whiskey (@truestorywhiskey).

This isn’t your typical sit-and-sip tasting. It’s a guided sensory game that demonstrates how secondary barrel finishing transforms bourbon and rye into something entirely new.

You’ll team up, compare scent profiles, and match flavor notes to barrel staves used in the finishing process — all while a True Story Whiskey storyteller walks you through the craft behind it.

Expect education, friendly competition, and hands-on engagement with the finishing process that shapes modern whiskey.

Part I – The Game (Approx. 60 Minutes)
