As the wheel of the year turns, we arrive at the sun's energy peak — the Summer Solstice, The time of the longest day.

We gather in community to honour this turning of the seasons — to celebrate the warmth and to align our energy with the powerful cosmic shift unfolding all around us.
Through somatic movement, we’ll invigorate the body’s natural flow, releasing the charged energies in celebration and reconnecting with the wisdom stored in our cells. Conscious breathwork will guide us deeper into presence, expanding our capacity to receive light and life.
Our meditation and kundalini kriya will open the channels of energy that link us to Source — balancing the nervous system, igniting inner fire, and activating higher states of awareness.
And finally, you’ll be bathed in the frequencies of a deeply restorative sound journey, harmonising your vibration with the Earth’s solstice resonance.
