About this Event
Join us for a guided creative wellbeing workshop designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with your body during Mental Health Awareness Month.
This intimate 2-hour session brings together women in a safe, supportive space to explore mental, menstrual, and emotional wellbeing through conversation, creativity, and shared experience.
As part of the session, we will gently open up conversations around PMDD, hormonal health, and the impact of reproductive health on our mental wellbeing. This is an opportunity to learn more, reflect, and connect with others with lived experience.
Through guided reflection prompts and a hands-on ceramics activity, you’ll hand-build your own ceramic mug, imprinting a personal affirmation or encouraging phrase into the clay. A small but meaningful keepsake to remind you to rest, reset, and pour back into yourself.
Each attendee will also receive a Fill Your Cup Care Kit to take home, designed to support you beyond the session.
No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are.
A Note on the Space
This workshop is currently a women-only space, created to foster comfort, openness, and shared understanding. We hope to expand and create more inclusive spaces in the future.
Ceramic Mug Firing (Optional Add-On)
At the end of the workshop, you will have the option to have your ceramic mug professionally fired to make it fully functional and suitable for hot drinks.
This is an optional add-on (£10 per mug), payable on the day.
If you choose this option, your mug will be fired and ready for collection at a later date (details will be shared during the session).
Ticketing Information
This is an intimate, small-group workshop with limited capacity to ensure a calm and supportive environment for all attendees.
Paid tickets help to support the continuation of TWEM’s community work and allow us to keep creating accessible, creative spaces centred around menstrual, reproductive, and mental health.
If you are experiencing financial hardship and would benefit from a reduced or subsidised space, please feel free to reach out directly. We aim to hold a small number of supported spaces where possible.
We kindly ask that you only book if you are able to attend, as spaces are limited.
