· Create space for live coaching through a structured round table discussion at the end of the summit.

Agenda
Welcome/Prayer/Light Breakfast
Session 1 – Understanding Conflict
Info: Why good couples fight, identifying fight cycles, and reframing conflict. Interactive couple reflection exercise.
Session 2 – BEFORE the Conflict
Info: Framework & Introspection
Understanding triggers, emotional flooding, attachment dynamics, and personal responsibility. Guided couple dialogue and structured worksheets.
Session 3 – DURING the Conflict
Info: Ground Rules
The 5 rules of healthy fighting, live demonstration by presenters, and structured 3-minute dialogue practice.
Session 4 – AFTER the Conflict
Info: Healing & Transformation: Apology structure, repair conversations, forgiveness principles, and growth commitments. Couples complete a written action plan.
Final Session - Round Table Coaching /Panel Discussion & Live Q&A
Info: Facilitated open discussion where couples can ask real-life questions. Topics may include sex, money, parenting, in-laws, emotional distance, or repetitive arguments. Structured live coaching provided by both presenters. This session serves as integration and application of the full F.I.G.H.T. Plan framework.
