Overview
Ffynnon, meaning “spring” or “well” in Welsh, is a collective of practitioners united by a shared focus on supporting the nervous system.
We know that many retreats ask for more time than modern life allows. This one-day experience has been thoughtfully designed by our experienced facilitators to offer deep restoration within a single day.
Through carefully guided practices, you’ll be supported to restore your energy, release held tension, and gently reconnect with yourself, all within a spacious and nourishing 1-day programme.
🧘♀️ Welcome Yoga
A slow, grounding yoga practice with @cloudstaryoga to gently wake up the body and ease you into the day.
🌬 Breathwork Session
A guided breathwork practice with @ninthdimensionbreathwork to support emotional release and nervous system reset.
🖊 Journalling Time
Quiet reflection using simple prompts to support integration.
🥗 Nourishing Lunch
A seasonal, nourishing meal prepared by @mollylove_functionalnutrition.
🌿 Nature Walk & Herbal Tea
A gentle walk through the spring gardens of St Fagans, with herbal tea from Brew and Breathe.
🥣 Nutrition Talk
A talk with @mollylove_functionalnutrition on how the nervous system underpins gut health, and ways to support both.
🔔 Sound Bath Closing
A restful sound bath with @cloudstaryoga to help you integrate and close the day.
