Join our Festive Anxiety Workshop to explore and manage feelings of stress during the Christmas period. In this supportive group setting, we’ll discuss common sources of festive anxiety, share effective coping strategies, and focus on self-care and relaxation techniques to help you feel more in control. Whether it’s the pressures of social events, financial concerns, or the holiday rush, this workshop offers practical tips and tools to ease the season’s stress.

This well-being workshop is delivered as a small group via Microsoft Teams and is free for all residents of the London Borough of Sutton or those registered with a Sutton GP who are over the age of 18. Our Wellbeing team is focused entirely on improving the emotional, physical, spiritual and overall wellbeing of the residents of Sutton.
