As part of the Seattle Center Festál series the Seattle Cherry Blossom & Japanese Cultural Festival highlights both traditional and contemporary Japanese art, new scientific and technological innovations, and cultural examinations, especially race and social justice of Japanese people in America, Japanese Americans, and Japanophiles. The 2026 festival will feature performances from local taiko drumming, Japanese dance, performing and martial arts groups, as well as Japanese foods, sake tasting, and children's activities along with the 2025 addition of the Japanese Art Exhibit!
