About this Event
Fem Flow: Temple After Dark
be holy. be feral. be free.

What is Fem Flow?
Get out of your head and drop back into the wisdom of your body.
Fem Flow is an embodiment class that blends yoga, dance, breathwork, and archetypal storytelling.
You'll be welcomed into a sensual, non-performative environment where there is no getting it “right.” The class is loosley guided with different movement challenges, encouraging you to play with your own form of self-expression rather than copying or memorizing choreography.
This special edition of Fem Flow: Temple After Dark, we'll evoke your inner "sacred sl*t", giving you a space to be both holy and dirty at the same time.

- Were a former theater kid or wish you were a former theater kid
- Are curious about somatics & emotional release through movement

- Are integrating all your parts & learning more about yourself
- Working on confidence & self-trust
- Want to feel turned on & powerful without it being a performance
- Just want to be empowered & FREE
All gender expressions are welcome, but cultivating feminine energy is the focal point.
No dance or yoga experience required.

What to expect
- Beat-synced breathwork
- Sensually guided warm-up focused on spiraling, undulations, and flow
- Embodied storytelling: "acting out" different scenes with movement prompts
- A dark, immersive, studio-based atmosphere & bangin' playlist
- Happy hour & hangout afterward with Flow Chicago Community
This is not a class where you’re watched or corrected.
This is a space to play & feel, not perform.

About the Facilitator: Kell
After being a yoga teacher for over a decade, Kell felt like something was missing. While yoga helped people regulate and calm their nervous systems, she wanted a class that felt more expressive and emotional.
She created Fem Flow as a way for people to move through stuck emotion, reclaim their pleasure, and step into the next version of themselves.
Her work bridges the mystical and the practical — drawing from somatics, rave culture, and drama therapy.
Fem Flow holds regular classes at YesHoney in St. Louis and has been featured on the stages of Music Festivals such as Elements & Symmetry.
