Join us for Feeling Fierce: an exclusive workout class + athleisure clothing swap event on Saturday August 3 | 2:30-4:30pm.
Did you know that it’s estimated 80-85% of the clothing that we donate to thrift stores goes into the landfill? Join @anddnvr for a curated athleisure swap! Bring any gently used athletic, workout, or lounge clothing that you no longer love and swap for new (to you) pieces that you do as well as have access to take as many pieces as you’d like from a curated athliesure collection. Every article of clothing tells a story, and we want to see yours. Leftover clothes will be recirculated or consciously donated to local organizations, ensuring that your pieces get to go on a fashionable adventure rather than sit in the landfill.
Following the swap, owner and personal trainer @toned.bytay will take you through a guided 45 minute full body workout. Each workout is designed for all fitness levels as there are modifications for every movement. Throughout the workout we will utilize resistant bands, dumbbells, body and barbell weight to ensure a full body blast.
Mingle and connect with a post-workout treat, cocktail, or mock-tail!

Hey y’all, Trainer Tay here! I’m a small town Texas girl living in Denver, Colorado and have been personal training since 2020. Sports, health and fitness have always been a part of my life and allowed me to gain the knowledge and skills to train my clients and help them reach their goals.
After my collegiate career at the University of South Carolina I was able to make the shift from Athlete to Fitness Coach. I offer a selection of training programs including Strength Training, HIIT, Functional and Balance work, increasing range of motion, Plyometrics, Isometrics and Endurance Training.
What I bring to my clients is energy, accountability and the push to help them become stronger and more confident. We work to become 1% better every workout. YOU vs. YOU.
