Each 1st Friday, our Resident Healers Team curates a restorative evening that highlights a few of Sat Nam’s most loved modalities—such as energy work, sound therapy, meditation, breathwork, or body-based practices. Guided by intention and experience, each session offers space to explore new holistic ways to heal, receive personalized insight, and reconnect with the innate wisdom of your body.
Whether you’re navigating change, seeking clarity, easing stress, or simply curious, these gatherings invite you to listen, receive, and renew—returning home to yourself with greater calm, awareness, and vitality.

Join us or the launch of Feel Good Fridays - co-hosted by MartinJon, Cat Fritz, and Jyoti Dyal —three of Sat Nam’s beloved resident healers, each offering their unique gifts in energy work, meditation and intuitive guidance. Together, they’ll guide you through a tapestry of healing modalities designed to help you awaken, ground, and renew.
