This interactive workshop will give you simple, practical tools for Level 3 to 5 staff (e.g. Higher Officers to Principles). Supporting you to continue to grow and strengthen your leadership muscle and build on what you already do to engage your teams. If your work involves working with and influencing others to deliver, this course is for you.
The workshop is an opportunity to step back, connect with other leaders, reflect on how you show up as a leader and clarify why you lead, and focus on how you can shape the future you want to see.
Leaders from across NE have recently completed FED sessions to build a shared understanding of how we lead and the reasons behind our leaderships styles.
Facilitated by experts from our internal leadership development Enabler team: Chris Gordon, Susan Hart or Tara Francis
The day will take us through the following models:
• Leading with energy
• Leader/Manager/Operator modes
• The Future you want
• Engaging through relationships
• Courageous conversations
Please chose a venue closest to home, to minimise spend. Any T&S (travel and subsistence) will come out of your local budgets.
