FarmerJawn Presents- Only Love Grows with Lizzie's Love Cakes

Join us for a heartfelt afternoon celebrating love, storytelling, and cake-making! This 2-hour event, in collaboration with Lizzie’s Love Cakes, will guide you through the art of baking mini bundt pound cakes, affectionately called "Lovelys."

Each participant will enjoy baking tips, "Love Tips," and the heartwarming story behind Cassandra’s recipe, crafted in honor of her step-grandmother, Ethelyn Nance.

This partnership beautifully continues FarmerJawn's "Only Love Grows" theme. We’re also thrilled to collaborate with Hagert and York, contemporary urban apartments located in the thriving East Kensington neighborhood.

Each participant will take home a bundt cake—Pear & Cardamom Pound Cake—along with an ingredient list (Ethelyn’s Love Cake), a gift bag featuring FarmerJawn treats, and a favor of an individually wrapped slice of a Lizzie Love Cake, paired with tea and infused honey from FarmerJawn.

About Cassandra Burnett
Cassandra Burnett, the owner of Lizzie’s Love Cakes, is an attorney by day and a baker by night. She turned her love of baking into a love letter to her mother, Lizzie, who passed away in 2012. Cassandra bakes in honor of her mother, aunties, grandmothers, and countless other impactful women. Their zest for life and love is poured into each Love Cake. Her mission is to continue this legacy of love with her two daughters, Bella (15) and Lylah (10).
