‘Penguin Blue and his friends are in for a surprise! It all starts with a windy day and a brand new kite… Come fly away with Penguin Blue as he gets caught in a gust of wind and the adventure begins.’The musical story of ‘Blown Away’, recommended for children up to the age of 7 years old.
Join Sarah Carroll (narrator), Kathryn Williams (flute and alto flute) and Christopher Pulleyn (piano) as they travel through the wintery antarctic to the Jungle tropics. This new musical story is composed by award-winning Paul Rissmann, based on the book by Rob Biddulph and digital animation by Victor Craven.
With songs and actions to learn and join in with, and a relaxed and friendly environment, this is a perfect introduction to classical music and storytelling. This performance lasts approximately 50 minutes. Doors open at 10:30am. Lift access will be available to the main hall.
