About Lex:
Alexa is a yoga instructor residing in the Germantown nieghborhood. She has her RYT-200 in Hatha yoga and teaches regulary at studios across the Philadelphia area. She works to find ways to provide affordable yoga to the community.

d'griot (pronounced “duh-gree-o”) is named in honor of African storytellers and urban slang. A space of story; stories of our ancestors, the magic in the present, and our intent for the future. We will be a community wellness cafe, a healing space that offers natural medicinal products, nutrient food and beverage, gallery of local inspiring artists, public experiences, and a space to gather for the whole family. d'griot collaborates with the local economy to amplify more light in the 'hood for the black, brown, and local community. We are currently functioning as a gallery hosting events, rentals, and catering.
