Co-Hosted with Women Supporting Mother’s for their June event, this event invites families with kids from all over the greater Sacramento area to join us for a fun yoga experience. Through fun partner poses with each member of your family, mindfulness activities, storytime and a fun yoga craft, everyone is sure to enjoy this social day of family yoga at the park. Bring yoga mats or blankets for class so your family members have a surface to comfortably participate in our yoga activities.
Teacher Camille will also have her new Kids Yoga and Meditation Kits available for purchase so the yoga fun doesn’t have to end after class.
Intra Coffee will be on site with their mobile coffee cart for coffee and matcha after class. You’re also invited to bring a picnic lunch for afterwards and then enjoy the great playground everyone loves at Tahoe Park.
This class is FREE, however Donations are greatly appreciated to thank Teacher Camille and continue these community yoga class offerings for kids and their families.
