Join Root to Blossom Yoga at Helmer Nature Center for a fun-filled family yoga session and a guided hike along one of the nature center's scenic trails! Families can stretch, breathe, and move through nature-inspired yoga, and explore the sights and sounds of the great outdoors.Open to all experience levels - no prior yoga or hiking experience needed! Just bring water, a yoga mat if you have one, comfortable clothes for movement, and your sense of adventure!
There are no refunds, however we will offer a makeup date if WE CANCEL.

Time: 1-2 p.m.
Cost per class: $25 for an adult and one child. ($5 for each additional family member.)*
