Family Health and Wellness Day | Yoga and Sound Bath

Join us and @Our Family Coalition, April 23rd from 5–7 PM, at Trellis for a free evening of wellness for LGBTQ+ families. This is a space for wellness, nervous system reset, and relaxation.

Ki will guide your family through a grounding yoga experience, while Phoenix Song leads an immersive sound bath to help folks slow down, reset, and feel held in community.
