Daz's Rock 4 CharityFamily fundraising event to raise funds for Lee Dillet and his family ❤️
Lee has sadly been diagnosed with a rare brain tumour, it's so rare there has only been 20-30 cases in the entire world.
The brain tumour is in a very delicate part of the brain near his optic nerves and pituitary gland and is also highly vascualar meaning it has a huge blood supply to it. Lee has undergone many tests, investigations and procedures including seeking private advice, each time revealing more and more devastating complications and sadly the tumour is invading his body.
Doctors have now confirmed that the only treatment avaliable to Lee is surgery. This surgery is very very high risk and incredibly dangerous and will sadly result in lifelong challenges for him. The risks of the of the surgery include blindness, Stroke, swelling in vital areas of the brain and unfortunately many more.
Lee has a beautiful family, a wife and 2 young children who are heartbreakingly going through this life changing journey with him. As you can imagine the strain financially is huge to them and we are trying to do all we can to ease that.
