We are very excited to be part of this year's fringe festival, running fundraising classes in the delightfully quirky Caravanserai!About this Event
If you think yoga is only for bendy people in designer leggings, we're here to prove you wrong. We're holding a family friendly, down to earth yoga sessions in the middle of the quirky fringe festival site, Caravanserai.
- Come and stretch, unwind and rest with our friendly, inclusive BNHF teachers. All levels are welcome.
- Kids welcome (but please note all children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult)
- No Experience Needed: You don’t need to be fit, you don’t need to be flexible, you just need to be you.
- What to Wear: Whatever you’re comfortable in! Leggings, joggers, or a baggy T-shirt. Just show up as you are.
Where to find us: Look for the big colourful gates at Caravanserai (the festival hub in the park behind St Peter’s Church).Join us at the fabulous Caravanserai an iconic part of the Brighton Fringe Festival.
