Welcome to New Family Constellations (NFC), a therapeutic method, life philosophy, and profound ritual that reveals unconscious ancestral dynamics, hidden loyalties, and entanglements from the past impacting present experience.
A family constellation is an experiential process that makes visible what seeks integration within a family or system. Through representatives and spatial configuration, inherited patterns and unresolved trauma emerge in a living and embodied way. The field responds to clarity, and movement begins once the issue is shared.
Together, we create a healing field to observe family dynamics and address deep-rooted issues. Through the subtle language of the body—movement, sensation, energy, and emotion—reconciliation and harmony may arise, infusing the system with peace, new possibilities, and appreciation for our lineage.
This work aligns with four universal forces that organize systems:
Belonging. Order. Balance. Assent.
When these forces are acknowledged and restored, love begins to flow again.
Each participant belongs to the field. To constellate is to attend the workshop; all are part of every constellation offered.
You may:
• Bring a specific topic to observe and work on. The more specific the topic, the more force it carries for the movement and outcome of the constellation.
• Serve as a representative, stepping into place for family members or significant elements within a constellation.
• Experience resonance through body awareness and field perception.
Examples of topics participants bring:
“I want to look at my anxiety.”
“I want to understand my difficulty with money.”
“I feel I can’t move forward.”
Constellations unfold through slow, deliberate movements guided by the body's inner biological wisdom. Healing sentences support reconciliation until renewed strength is felt.
This space honors life, lineage, and presence. The movement continues beyond the session as integration unfolds naturally within you.
