Family Constellations reveals to us the trauma's that were experienced by our ancestors and trapped within the family system. When people are excluded from our family unit and issues are ignored they don't just go away or disappear. Instead the trauma is passed down from parent to child, in hopes of being energetically rebalanced and seen. This can present its self in many problems we face such as, physical illness, pain, mental health problems, addiction, toxic relationships and much more.
Through Family Constellation work we will not only start to heal these genetic patterns for ourselves but also for the past and future generations within our family unit.
During the sessions we will energetically delve into the clients family's past to find out what has been excluded or hidden. We will acknowledge the trauma's and give honor to your ancestors. Giving back all, you have been carrying for them and allowing yourself the freedom from there stories.
As a representative in the Constellation, you will be stepping into another attendees ancestral energy field, to assist with there journey. This will bring a big energy shift and heal any simular stories and patterns you share within your own system. Often when you are repping, you will see how simular situations have effected your own life and it will give you a better understanding and bring clarity to your situations.
Family Constellations is also an amazing way to develop and work with your intuition. It allows you to open up and let go whilst seeing your truth in a safe space.
