COMMONWEAL Gallery invites you to join us Saturday, November 2nd, from 08:00 - 10:00 for COMMONKIDS, a morning of art and conversation for families with young children to meet and explore the exhibit Wedged Between Day and Night with exhibiting artist Adam Lovitz and his children. Snacks and art supplies will be provided!
COMMONKIDS is in celebration of Adam Lovitz’s third exhibition and first solo with COMMONWEAL. The father of two young children, this exhibition takes its name from the compression of time that prescribes Lovitz’s studio schedule; after the kids have gone to bed or woven around life's many other responsibilities, and before exhaustion overwhelms.
In that spirit, COMMONKIDS invites parents and children to join the artist for an engaging and collaborative experience where they can explore his process and create their own artworks. We hope you can join us for a morning of discovery and creativity! Please reach out with any questions.
