FAM - Have A Go Day
We’re coming to Dunedin.
And we’re opening the door early — because the best programmes are built with the community, not just for it.
From June 2026, Functional Adaptive Movement™ (FAM™) will be launching in Ōtepoti, in partnership with NRG Dunedin South and with support from the University of Otago.
Our focus is simple.
Create safe, inclusive, and professionally supported spaces where people living with disability can move, grow, and feel part of something real.

We’re looking to connect with:
– Special needs schools and inclusive education units (ages 6–21)
– Adult healthcare providers and organisations supporting people living with disability
Have A Go Sessions are 60-minute classes:
Designed to meet individuals where they’re at — and walk alongside them from there. Come and give it a go before our regular classes kick off
Monday 8 June - 10.30am & 11.30am, aimed at school-age participants
Tuesday 9 June 4pm, aimed at any age group
